This site is operated and maintained by me, David Martin of Broomfield, Colorado USA. It is intended to provide a resource for enthusiasts of the Succulent South African Genus Haworthia. My interest in Haworthia started in 1974 when I built a succulent greenhouse. That interest was put on hold for 22 years when my job required that I move and leave the greenhouse behind. In 1999 I built a new greenhouse in my back yard and started over again in earnest. All the plants you see on this site are grown in my greenhouse and all the photos were taken by me. I am not a Haworthia expert, but I do have a keen interest in the genus, and I enjoy growing them and raising them from seed. With the small size of the greenhouse, and the number of plants I get from seed, I will continue to offer excess plants for sale. These plants will be few in number and offered on an irregular basis.
