This little plant is the small form of H. bolusii var bolusii and is from Lootskloff. Bolusii var bolusii has a reputation of being difficult to grow because it can rot quickly from over watering. Allow to dry between waterings, and keep water out of the rosette, and you will be rewarded with a nice little fuzz ball!  Here in the arid west of the USA, I don't even worry about how I water and have never had a problem as the plant dries out so quickly.
