Haworthia pumila (L.) M.B. Bayer

This is Haworthia pumila "little circles" from Japan.   It is currently in a 5-1/2" pot and produces many adventurous plantlets on the bloom stalks.  The largest of these is two years old directly above the center of the plant.  Above that is a one year old plantlet, and around the edges you can see many small plants from this year's blooming.  I cut off the bloom-stalk above the plantlet and leave it there until I want to root the plantlet.  I am now wondering how long these plantlets can last, so I am leaving them on until the bloom-stalk dries between them and the mother plant.  How long will it be?
