This Haworthia first came to me as H. aranea, now a variety of H. arachnodiea. However, this plant has clear left tips and grows very low in the ground, so is actually a bolusii var. bolusii!   Haworthia bolusii is not common in cultivation, and offsets rarely.  It can be grown from seed and most plants are from seed, as a leaf cutting is almost impossible.  This plant is from the area of Vergelegen.
