Haworthia fasciata (Willd.) Haw.

For several years, this plant was lethargic, not growing much or doing much of anything.  In the last year it has decided to take off, and is growing a much faster rate.  This plant used to be called Haworthia browniana and later Haworthia fasciata var bronwiana.  It is quite robust and may just be an extreme clone.
